Springfield Mo: The Springfield Playhouse announces production dates for its new interactive theatre show for kids:
“PLAYHOUSE! AN IMPROVISED KIDS SHOW”
FOR THE FIRST TIME EVER THE SPRINGFIELD PLAYHOUSE IS PROUD TO ANNOUNCE A FULLY IMPROVISED KIDS SHOW!
Kids will give a location and then our group of hysterical improvisors will begin to weave a story that will never be repeated again. Kids will decorate the set for that unique show and will be brought on stage to help bring this story to life. Heros, Villians, Animals, Music and who knows what else will help make each improvised story unique to each show.
The show will take place on Saturdays September 8, 15, at 11:30 am and September 22 at 11:30am (updated). Tickets are available at

Artistic Director Amber Jones noted that “I’m excited that people come out and support the Springfield Playhouse and I feel it really helps introduce kids to theatre”
