Leah Gunn originally hails from Kansas City, Kansas where she started her improv endeavors in high school with Christian Youth Theater. After placing first in a national improv competition with her teammates – Leah auditioned as a joke for ComedyCity of Kansas City (former troupe of SNL’s Jason Sudakis) and was accepted into their performer training program. Leah performed from 2005-2008 with ComedyCity until she moved to Springfield to attend MSU for degrees in Accounting and Spanish. Leah began performing with The Skinny in August of 2008.
