The Springfield Playhouse is an interactive theatre experience for children that helps children unleash the power of their imagination. Kids are used in the process of the production through interaction with the actors, designing and decorating the actual set used during the production, and they also help cheer on the actors with noises and responses.

January 17-25, 2009-Clover the Goat & Buffalo The Pig's Big Big Day.
March 7-15, 2009 Alice in Wonderland
April 25-May 3, 2009 The Tales and Wonderment of Mother Goose
The Springfield Playhouse is looking forward to another great season of entertaining children. Season 3 saw over 2000 children and their parents experience The Springfield Playhouse. The Springfield Playhouse has quickly become one of the most entertaining childrens events in Southwest Missouri.
