Auditions for ”Mr.Barty Shakes Presents: Romeo and Juliet and You!”
a play by Bryant Turnage and Jeff Jenkins
Auditions will be Tuesday, May 17th at 7pm at The Skinny Improv.
Auditonees will be asked to read from the script.
Mr. Barty Shakes is part of the Springfield Playhouse children series an 5th Annual Springfield Shakespeare Project- Summer Festival. It will run Every Saturday, June 4-11, at 11:30 A.M., Library Downtown
Mr. Barty Shakes is the world foremost expert on Shakespeare but he may or may not always get the storytelling right. His two assistants help him along when he may go astray or get confused. Kids will be an interactive part of this hysterical show as Mr. Barty Shakes attempts to tell the story of Romeo and Juliet in less then 45 mins.
